Scott Papek

Scott Papek is a Mindset and Leadership Coach who helps athletes build confidence when it matters most. With a twenty-year background working alongside elite performers, Scott teaches players how to stay composed under pressure and compete freely.

He is also the author of Compete with Confidence and The Athlete’s Guide to Leadership — resources designed to help athletes train their minds and lead with authenticity.

Coach Spotlight

Nancy

Nancy has been teaching yoga for nearly twenty years and is a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor. Her accessible Vinyasa Flow emphasizes breath, alignment, and awareness, helping athletes reset physically and mentally.

Nancy completed an intensive Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and founded Redwing Yoga, a nature-centered sanctuary rooted in balance and presence.

Nutrition Education

Fueling Growth, Energy, and Performance

Nutrition plays a vital role in youth athlete development. Proper fueling supports energy levels, focus, recovery, mood, and long-term health.
