Camp and showcase recommendations
Mandy will advise players and families on which camps and showcases to attend in order to gain the best exposure to targeted high school coaches. Simply attending elite showcases and clinics is not enough. Mandy will communicate directly with coaches in attendance about invited players, their interest level in a specific school, their depth charts and, of course, their character on and off the court. She will also explain to players that this is their opportunity to evaluate the coaching staff and coaching style. Her goal is not just to create competitive high school playing opportunities. Her goal is to help determine the best fit for her MCW Starz athletes.
Mental preparation
Mandy understands first hand the time-consuming process of recruiting while players are often in their most academically and emotionally challenging years of high school. She will support athletes through the mental and emotional aspects of the private high school recruiting process. Her goal throughout all MCW Starz years is to inspire mental and physical fitness.
