Vice President & Coach
Jesus has been a part of the MCW Starz family since 2018 and played a critical role in the program development and growth. He is responsible for coaching, recruiting and organizing AAU teams composed of elementary school, middle school and high school players.
Jesus has a rich background working with youth and women’s basketball. He coached the UMass Boston Beacons to their best record in program history (20-7) in 2019 and first-ever trip to the NCAA Tournament.
He has also worked for the past 10 years with the Boston Centers for Youth and Families. During his decade of work with Boston Centers for Youth and Families and President of the Board of the Boston Elite Program, he helped inter-city youth with their athletics, while fostering a positive team and program culture.
He is currently a Behavioral Specialist at Newton South High School, as well as the Newton South varsity softball coach during the spring season. During the winter season, Jesus is the head girls varsity basketball coach at Acton-Boxborough High School.
